Customized Cemented Carbide Wear-resistant Drill Bits

Sintered cemented-carbide tools for shield machines are powder-metallurgy–produced cutters composed of tungsten-carbide (WC) grains bonded with cobalt (Co) and other metallic binders. Engineered for extreme wear resistance, compressive strength and thermal stability, these cutters mount on the cutterhead of shield machines to excavate rock strata, sandy–cobble formations or concrete structures in tunnelling and underground engineering. They are mission-critical, replaceable wear parts that ensure continuous, high-efficiency operation of shield machines.

Grade	Scope of application
YG8	It is suitable for rough machining of cast iron, non-ferrous metals and non-metallic materials, stretching of steel, non-ferrous metals and pipes, various drill bits for geological use, tools for machine manufacturing and parts that are easy to wear.
YG11	Suitable for all kinds of metal and non-metal powder molding and stamping.
YG15	It is suitable for stretching of steel bars and steel pipes under high compression ratio, tops, perforation and stamping tools working under large stress, and mold cores for powder metallurgy automatic press molds.
YG20	With high strength, it is suitable for making stamping dies such as progressive dies: such as stamping watch parts, battery shells, small nuts, etc.
YG16C	High wear resistance, red punching die, reducing die, small deformation die.
YG20C	Strong versatility, straight rod die, screw die upper die, cold heading, cold punching and cold pressing dies used in the production of standard parts, bearings, tools and other industries.
YG22C	It is suitable for countersunk head dies and nut dies with large working load.
YG25C	It is suitable for nut lower die, can bear large load and punching stainless steel screw.
