Indian Client Delegation Visits Zhuzhou Aite Cemented Carbide Co., Ltd.

On November 10th, clients from India made a special visit to the production base of Zhuzhou Aite Cemented Carbide Co., Ltd. for a factory tour and cooperation discussions. The purpose of this visit was to gain an in-depth understanding of the company's production capabilities and technological innovation strength, laying a solid foundation for further deepening cooperation in the future.

Accompanied by the production and technology departments, the client delegation visited the powder preparation workshop, compression molding workshop, vacuum sintering workshop and finished product testing center in sequence. In the powder preparation workshop, the delegation watched in detail the entire process of mixing and grinding by ball mills and granulation by spray granulation towers. In the vacuum sintering workshop, the efficient operation of automatic sintering furnaces and the precise control of the real-time temperature monitoring system allowed the clients to intuitively feel the rigor of the product densification process. In the finished product testing center, the standardized operation of professional equipment such as Rockwell hardness testers and ultrasonic flaw detectors, as well as the strict testing procedures conducted by staff on the size, hardness and internal quality of each batch of products, further strengthened the clients' confidence in the quality of the company's products. During the tour, the person in charge of the technology department gave detailed answers to the clients' concerns regarding issues such as the edge passivation process of cemented carbide inserts and the technology for improving coating adhesion.
